Mespil Baileys Coffee

Enjoy a delicious Mespil Bailey's Coffee this festive season.

Ingredients:

50ml Baileys Irish Cream

2 tablespoons of Coffee

150ml Hot Water

Optional:

Cream

Chocolate powder to garnish

Method

Warm your coffee glass

Add two tablespoons of coffee to your glass and 150ml of boiling water

Add in 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, stir well

Whip cream lightly and with a large spoon, carefully pour the whipped cream into the coffee glass (gradually raise the spoon so the cream will float to the top)

Enjoy your homemade coffee with some Bailey’s chocolates
