Meeting Rooms

The Mespil Hotel features two boardroom style meeting rooms, The Wilton and The Kavanagh.

The Wilton, located on the ground floor, is perfect for small boardroom meetings and has a maximum capacity of 12 people.

The Kavanagh Boardroom is located on the first floor and offers an abundance of natural light and views of the Grand Canal, with a maximum capacity of 16 people.

Both rooms are fully air conditioned and boast modern business facilities with good natural light, complete with unlimited complimentary 1 GB high-speed Wi-Fi access and optional catering services for business customers. With 1 GB high-speed Wi-Fi, our meeting rooms are fully equipped to ensure any online interactions run smoothly.

Please Note; That parking at the Mespil Hotel is limited & complimentary car parking is only available for hotel residents. The car park is operated on a first come, first served basis. The Mespil Hotel does not guarantee car parking, if the car park is full on-street parking is available in the area (pay and display).
If you are attending a meeting at the Mespil Hotel and are not a hotel resident, we are unable to provide parking facilities.
